The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and any disclaimers: “Client,” “You,” and “Your” refer to the person accessing this website and accepting these terms. “The Company,” “Ourselves,” “We,” and “Us” refer to DataDash. “Parties” refers to both you and us collectively.

2. Services Provided

DataDash Pro provides financial market analysis, trading education, and community resources focused on cryptocurrency, equities, and macroeconomics. Through our website and associated platforms, we offer in-depth video analysis, educational materials, and access to our private Discord and Dash Report for members seeking advanced learning and market insights.

• Educational Material – In-depth training on trading strategies, technical analysis, and market insights.
• Market Analysis & Reports – Regular macro stock and crypto market breakdowns along with strategy guides.

3. Accounts & Memberships

• You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms or other conduct deemed harmful to our Company or members.

4. Subscriptions, Payments & Cancellations

Subscription Options

• Subscriptions are available on a monthly or annual basis.
• PayPal or card payments: Subscriptions made via PayPal or credit/debit card auto-renew until canceled.
• Cryptocurrency payments: Subscriptions purchased with cryptocurrency do not automatically renew. Each new billing period requires a separate manual payment by the user.

Cancellation Policy

• Monthly subscriptions: All monthly subscription payments are non-refundable. Cancellations will prevent future charges but do not entitle you to a refund for the current billing cycle.
• Yearly subscriptions:
  • Cancellations made within 60 days of the original purchase date are eligible for a prorated refund based on the unused portion of the subscription.
  • Cancellations made after 60 days are non-refundable.
• Users can cancel their subscriptions at any time by emailing support@datadashpro.com. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

Payment Methods

• We accept payments through PayPal and NowPayments (for cryptocurrency payments).
• If a payment is made using cryptocurrency, any applicable refund will be issued in USDT or USDC (ERC-20 network) equivalent to the USD value of the transaction at the time of refund processing.
• We are not responsible for fluctuations in cryptocurrency value or network transaction fees.

Refunds

• Aside from the exceptions noted above, all purchases are final. No refunds are provided for partial months, unused portions of services, or failure to cancel before renewal.
• Payment disputes must be addressed directly with the payment processor.

5. Prohibited Conduct

• Share your account credentials with any third party.
• Redistribute, reproduce, or publicly display any of our content without permission.
• Use our Services for commercial purposes without express authorization.
• Engage in abusive, obscene, harassing, or disruptive behavior.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, including but not limited to videos, written materials, software, graphics, and logos, is owned by DataDash or licensed to us and protected under U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

• Copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content.
• Resell or share course materials, scripts, or proprietary resources.

Violation of this clause may result in immediate account termination without refund and potential legal action.

7. DMCA Copyright Policy

DataDash respects intellectual property rights and will respond promptly to any claims of copyright infringement.

If you believe your work has been copied in a way that constitutes infringement, please send a notice containing the following to our designated DMCA Agent at support@datadashpro.com:

1. Your contact information.
2. A description of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
